Color Consultation

We require an in person consultation prior to scheduling all first time color appointments. This way we can see the hair, the color goal, answer any questions, properly quote out the job, and find the appropriate time to schedule the appointment. This also ensures that we both feel the fit is right for the work requested.

Deposits

We require non- refundable deposit on all appointments. Deposit amounts vary depending on the service. Deposits are nonrefundable, but come off of the kept appointment. Deposits may be transferred once with a 48 hour notice of re-booking. We will need an email address on file to send the deposit invoice to. All first time deposit invoices must be paid immediately, or the appointment will not be held. Re-booking deposits are due no later than Noon on the Tuesday prior to the booked appointment.

Cancelation

All appointments canceled/rescheduled with less than a 48 hour notice are subject to up to a 100% cancelation fee. While we understand that illness can pop up suddenly, we ask that you contact us if you start feeling ill in the few days prior to your appointment if you feel it may result in you needing to cancel or reschedule. We consider this as giving us notice or a heads up and are more apt to waive the fee. Waiving the fee is at our discretion and is based upon client history. We will refuse service to clients who make it a habit of canceling/rescheduling appointments. We ask that you do not come in if sick.

After Hours Surcharge

There will be a 25% After Hours Surcharge applied to all appointments that run outside of our normal working hours. The 25% will vary based on the appointment amount.

What To Expect: 

We run on schedule, not on time. We are artists first, and the work we do sometimes requires more time than originally planned. We try to give a heads up if we will run behind schedule. If our running behind does not work for your schedule, then we are happy to reschedule with the cancelation fee waived. The after hours surcharge will also be waived if we are the ones to run behind.

Refunds

We have a No Refund Policy. It is simply impossible to refund a service. We do guarantee our work, and give a one week notice if anything needs to be tweaked or addressed in the work we perform.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If you are disrespectful to a member of our staff, you will be asked to leave immediately and not return.
